Relocation to the industrial area in Cologne-Kalk and doubling of the production area. At the same time, the combination of toolmaking and production took place.
Introduction of a quality management system according to DIN EN ISO 9001. Certification by ZDH ZERT GmbH.

Establishment of a cooperation network in Shanghai, China.

Acquisition of PKF GmbH by Michael Tegtmeier.

Construction of a CAD-supported tool shop.
1975
Construction of an own, larger hall in Cologne-Gondorf and expansion of the machine park with commercially available injection molding machines – first of the type Battenfeld, later of the type Arburg.
1967
Company founded by Richard Pütz, Klaus Kleefisch and Matthias Flecken. While the first self-built machines were initially operated in a private basement, the move to the first commercially rented hall followed quickly. Other self-made machines were added.
